Founder, Teacher
Hulda is a Zen Montessori Educator and advocate for emotionally responsive care, committed to nurturing the holistic development of young minds. With an extensive background spanning three decades, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field of early childhood education. Hulda holds degrees in Psychology and Early Childhood Education, and certifications in Montessori Infant and Toddler/Early Childhood programs. These credentials have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the Montessori philosophy and its practical application in creating nurturing learning environments.
Hulda is deeply devoted to her students, respecting them as individuals and is committed to nurturing their unique spirits. She works tirelessly to promote an unhurried environment for each child to blossom at their own pace. Hulda strives to empower her students to become confident, independent learners and communicators, helping them grow into the future noisemakers of the world.
Ann Haughton
Administrative Director, Teacher
Formerly an administrator for the largest network of Montessori schools in New York, Ann brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our school. She has worked in Montessori education for 17 years and embraces the Montessori philosophy wholeheartedly.
As a mother of two, Ann understands the unique needs and aspirations of children and strives to create an exceptional learning environment for every student. She is also a passionate reader and nature enthusiast. She loves hiking, traveling, and engaging in various outdoor activities. Ann is a valuable asset to our school community and contributes to creating an enriching and holistic learning environment for our students.
